The entire staff is top notch, but I would like to specifically mention and praise Nurse Jen. In the chaos of taking medical care of all of the patients, she remains cool and compassionate above all else. Ashley is the best therapist I have ever had and Court works miracles with insurance and ALL of the tough stuff behind the scenes that make this special place so special. Initially, I was apprehensive about entering treatment, but the techs, therapists, nursing staff, doctors, and group facilitators were all incredibly supportive. The staff genuinely cares about your journey to sobriety. The houses were fantastic, exceeding my expectations. They offer holistic therapies like yoga. Special thanks to the staff for providing a solid foundation for my sobriety journey. Our yoga instructor holds a PhD from Harvard. We enjoy daily catered meals by Chef Gregory, a world-class chef with a culinary history serving royal families. Equine therapy with horses is also available. If it was with pork, he would cook me something specifically for me. Very caring and outgoing. Individual really made my experience here at Mallard. Awesome. The small group setting and limited bed availability created a comfortable atmosphere, and I was fortunate to be part of a great group. Staff across all levels were knowledgeable, providing a personalized medical team experience. Despite a few maintenance issues, such as showers, hot water, and leaks, they were promptly addressed.
