Sure, there are many reasons to celebrate, especially if you’ve hit an addiction recovery milestone. Although, there are also things to steer clear of if you’re hanging around people who drink to celebrate the holidays.

You would have to stay away from certain types of people, and there are those you’d like to be by your side. It’s crucial to surround yourself with the right people to ensure that your sobriety is respected, and they wouldn’t force you to have “just a little bit.”

Stay close to those who will help you stay on track and won’t push you to do things just because they seem cool.
